Emergency Service
Excellent Mailbox provides an emergency service for residences in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties in Florida. If your mailbox has been severely damaged or has fallen over, we will remove your current mailbox and replace it with a temporary, loaner mailbox, and post. This emergency service is usually provided within 24 hours of your call. The cost is $75.00 which is fully refunded upon any purchase of our mailbox and post combination that includes installation.
We can also assist opening a mailbox with a damaged lock or lost key. A locksmith may be a better choice for this service. If we provide this service, the homeowner must be present at the time of the appointment. Charges and conditions for lock service may vary.
This is not a 24 hour service.
