Regency Cluster Box Units (CBU's).
USPS requires that all CBU installations for renovations and new installations adhere to their strict rules and regulations. All installations must be approved by USPS. Excellent Mailbox provides a service completing the approval submittal including required site plan, mail room plan view drawings, mail room elevation drawings, equipment specs and installation specs. After we create this application you are required to answer a few questions regarding leasing, then sign and date and return to us. We will submit your signed application to the appropriate official and follow through until it's approved. Next we contact local officials to arrange for the installation and set up for new mail deliveries. We keep it simple for you.
Zelle,Cash or Check, credit card payments on commercial mailbox orders are subject to 3% increase.

Your mailbox keys will be tagged and bagged in an organized fashion. Our sales and installation area of CBU's and 4C horizontal mailboxes includes Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties. We may travel further for large jobs.
USPS requires 1 parcel locker for each 5 mailboxes on all installations, new & renovation.
